Support Engineer

What you will do

  • Work with the US team to solve technical customer support queries from multiple channels such as discord and email

  • Collect, summarize and report technical issues to the engineering team for internal investigation

  • Interact with customers to provide timely reports on issue progress 

  • Modify existing and/or create new product documentations for customer use

  • Complete other assignments delegated by team lead as needed

  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail.

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if and when necessary.

  • This job is currently remote, but will transition to in-person by some time next year. 

What we're looking for

  • Familiar with Discord

  • Familiar with JIRA

  • Prior experience with Helium miners

  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to independently identify and analyze problems

Work day will consist of hours on Pacific Time Zone.
